Orders that do not meet this criteria will not be processed unless other arrangements have been agreed upon. For orders placed, payment must be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or Amex) or PayPal at the time of checkout. Our candles are made to order, so orders are produced once payment has been received.

Products or goods purchased from Black Sage Home shall only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). In the event the Wholesale Account chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Wholesale Account shall not discount the products more than 15% below MSRP. Permission for special sale events beyond the 15% discount by the Wholesale Account must be requested in writing to Black Sage Home and will typically be granted on a semiannual basis.
LEAD TIME & INVOICING
All wholesale orders will ship within 4-6 weeks, unless otherwise specified. If you would like your order to be shipped by a certain date prior to the 4 weeks past date of order placement, our rush fee is 28% of the total order price.
*Please note: during COVID-19, many of our suppliers are experiencing severe delays and the turnaround time for orders may extend to 6-8 weeks. Our candles and products are made to order and we do not keep a large amount of inventory on hand. We will do our best to ship out all orders within the shortest time possible.
All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive 35% off the MSRP, plus the cost of shipping. Trade clients (interior designers, architects etc.) will receive 20% off the MSRP, plus the cost of shipping. Orders $1,000+ enjoy a discount of 5%. Prices are subject to change without notice.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. Let us know if you have your own shipping and would like to arrange a payment and a pickup yourself.
We will provide you with a tracking number upon shipment. Black Sage Home is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered — please take adequate precautions to make sure your orders are delivered to you safely.
We ship most international orders via USPS, DHL, FedEx or UPS Worldwide. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. Black Sage Home has no control over delivery delays due to customs or carrier backlogs.
Payments made more than thirty (30) days after the initial due date will be subject to a ten (10) percent late fee.
We also provide scent samples for free for those not local to Atlanta — just let us know your shipping address and we can send along! For retailers local to Atlanta, please email us to arrange an appointment and we’ll be happy to either send samples or visit your retail space.
We do not accept returns. All claims for shortages and/or damages must be reported to Black Sage Home within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. After a review of your request, an exchange will be completed or a credit will be applied to a future purchase. Exchanges or credit towards future purchases will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Out of stock goods will be back-ordered and shown on your invoice. If back-ordered goods are in stock at the time of your next order they will be added to your order without duplication. Outstanding back-orders will be shown on each invoice. If you wish to cancel any back-order or not have back-orders listed at all, please inform us.
