Where are you located?
We’re located in Atlanta, Georgia. All of our candles are developed, mixed and packaged in studio by our founder.
How can I stock Black Sage Home at my store/retail space?
What are your candles made of?
Our candles are made using a vegan coconut and soy wax blend, phthalate-free, non-toxic, high grade essential oils and fragrances and an eco-friendly sustainably sourced wooden wick. Our vessels are reusable and recyclable.
Why wooden wicks?
Unlike cotton wicks that should be trimmed to 1/4”, wood wicks need to be trimmed to 1/8” or less prior to burning. The shorter the wick, the better (and safer) the flame! Wood wicks are non-toxic, eco-friendly, clean burning (no messy carbon build up) and they release fragrance better and faster.
What is a Black Sage Home candle’s estimated burn time?
Our 12oz candles can burn up to 70 hours. Our 8oz candles can burn up to 35 hours.

ORDERS, SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in the United States. For international orders, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note, we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Consider an alternative address when placing your order.
When will my order ship?
At this time, all of our candles are made in small batches. Once your order is placed, please allow 2-3 days from date of purchase for us to ship your items. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the following business day. You will receive an email notification once your item has been shipped.
What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
How much is shipping?
All orders over $125 enjoy free shipping all day, every day. For orders that do not meet this minimum, shipping typically ranges between $9-14.
Do you offer package tracking?
Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped, except for International shipments. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our studio.
What is your return policy?
Our candles are final sale – no refunds or returns. If your product arrives damaged, please reach out to us at email@example.com within 3 days of receipt, include your order number and photos.
What if I need to cancel an order?
If you wish to cancel an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of order. Be sure to include your order number with your request. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible. As a result, there is a limited period of time after placing your order when we are able to accept a cancellation request. In the event we are unable to cancel your order because it has been processed or has already shipped, we will contact you via email to provide you with the shipping information. We apologize for any inconvenience.
